Compensation

Compensation at Agents Alliance is divided into three categories… Commission, Profit Sharing and Referral Bonus

commission levels

Level 1

84/16 – Members receive 84% of the total commission received. This applies to new business and renewal commission. Agency will receive Level 1 commission until their rolling 12 month commission revenue is greater than $150,000, then agency will promote to Level 2.

Level 2

88/12 – Members receive 88% of the total commission earned by the agency. This applies to new business and renewal commission. Member will receive Level 2 commission until their rolling 12 commission revenue is greater than $250,000, then agency will promote to level 3.

Minimum Revenue Requirements

$300 Minimum Revenue Requirement –

Agents Alliance has only one production requirement… that is that Agents Alliance Services portion of the commission split be greater than or equal to $300. In the event that the agents alliance portion of total revenue is less than $300 the difference will be deducted from the agents “Working Deposit”.

Level 3

90/10 – Members receive 90% of the total commission earned by the agency. This applies to new business and renewal commission. Member will receive Level 3 commission until their rolling 12 commission revenue is greater than $500,000, then agency will promote to level 4.

Level 4

92/8 – Members receive 92% of the total commission revenue earned by the agency. This applies to new business and renewal commission. As long as agency rolling 12 month commission revenue is greater than $500,000 they will remain on Level 4 payout.

Deposit

Agents Alliance new member deposit is divided into two parts, a working deposit & a technology deposit:

Technology Deposit: $1,200

The average agency monthly technology fee is $200. The technology deposit will cover at least the first 6 months of your technology fee (more than 6 months if your monthly fee is less – see the technology section for more info)

Working Deposit – $1,800

Working deposit will serve two purposes. First, in the event that your agency misses the $300 minimum revenue requirement the difference in what is earned by Agents Alliance and what is owed by the member will be deducted from the working deposit. Second, in the event that the agency has a charge-back from the carrier that exceeds the agency income in any given month, the difference will be deducted from this deposit.
